Photo Series: Zebby Plays at Sunset

It was just over 20 degrees, dusk was approaching, and I was eager to collapse on the couch and cover myself with a blanket.

But my dog Zebby wanted to roll around on ice-cold grass while the setting sun sucked the day's remaining warmth through its ever-shrinking straw of light.

So I decided to make the best of it and snap a few photos, testing out the iPhone 7 Plus camera's Portrait mode, which blurs the area behind the subject of the photo.
